| 0:22.6 | They are proud partners of the Michigan Athletics and the Big 1050 WTK. And of course, they are located right in front of the Westgate Shopping Plaza as well. And Devin has an exquisite piece in front of me today. What is this? Happy Watch Wednesday. Exquisite is the perfect way to describe this watch, Ira. |
| 0:37.3 | And what this is, |
| 0:38.4 | this is arguably the most historical watch Tudor's ever made. And why I say that is this is the |
| 0:43.7 | black base ceramic from Tudor. And what makes this watch so incredible is this is the first |
| 0:49.3 | watch that was ever master chronometer certified that was not an omega. So you know with the testing, |
| 0:54.9 | everything like that, the accuracy and this is zero to plus for a day. And to this day, |
| 0:59.7 | Tudor and Omega are the only brands that have gotten that fee of master chronometer certification. |
| 1:05.0 | But again, this being the first watch Tudor ever had with that certificate, I mean, that's just |
| 1:09.8 | incredible. The other thing that makes this watch so historical for Tudor, had with that certificate. I mean, that's just incredible. The other thing that |
| 1:11.3 | makes this watch so historical for Tudor, it's the first watch that ever had an open caseback |
| 1:16.6 | for them. Or, you know, with Rolex and Tudor, that Rolex family, you don't really see the open case |
| 1:21.5 | backs. They've never really done that historically until Rolex did a few years ago on their 1908 model. |
| 1:26.7 | But with this one, I mean, you're getting the full ceramic case with that rubber band, which is just so comfortable on. I mean, the black on black profile with the black dial is just beautiful. And I love that they made the hands kind of tan, where, you know, a lot of brands that do the all black watches, they're very hard to read. Well, this one is a very, very muchful. I have it all black watch. That is very difficult to read. I don't really wear it. Exactly. You get it. The other fun thing about this watch, this is one of the few watches two to makes that comes with an extra strap. So this has a complementary natal strap that goes on perfectly with this watch. It suits it amazingly as well. The nice thing about this diver is out of most divers in Tudor's line. This is one of the few I think can also dress up. This is one of the watches in the store, which I like to call a strap monster. Well, I mean, you can put any strap on there and it's going to look wonderful just because it has that black setting. I mean, what's not going to look great on there? It's a super sharp watch. Honestly, what jumped out of me first was the band because I'm so used to either the shiny metallic material bands or even, you said it was a rubber band, but most of them have a different material. This looks, it's very matte finish. It's not shiny. It's just got a really cool looking. I have no idea what word is to describe it, but it's a really cool finish on the band. I really dig that band a lot. And yeah, it's a beautiful time piece from Tudor. And over the years of doing Watch Wednesday, I have become a sucker for a really good open case back. I mean, you get to see what it's doing. And the other thing with this one is... It's a cool small technology in the world. Exactly. Right. And the other thing with the open case back here is comparatively to the few others that have an open caseback Intudor's line, the 925 and the solid gold piece, this is the only one that looks completely different from any movement in their line because they left it raw. You can see, you know, it's titanium with the ceramic on the movement. I mean, you compare that to any other movement in the store. It does not look like that. I mean, you have one of the standard manual wines here and it's just, you know, it's beautiful, but it does not compare to that Tudor movement. It's a really cool watch. Come check out this beautiful timepiece from Tudor and all the beautiful time pieces they have here at Lewis Jewelers. You can find them online at Lewis Jewelers.com.
