One of the best pieces of advice that I've gotten in the last couple of years is to become a master at self-promotion.

What you don't say will not get heard.

I really used to hate putting myself out there and

saying the same promotion over and over again, but what I found is that it takes what

used to take people six to 12 times to buy from you now takes 20 to 40

touches because of how much people are inundated with sales on social

media and just out and about in life and so you have to

continually say your message sell what you're promoting and a lot of times

we're selling ourselves if we're coaches out there if we have a service

that we offer even if we offer a product people buy us first and so you have to get very

comfortable with promoting yourself so this mommy millionaire is all about owning

who you are and loving what you have to offer. So I'm going to give you a couple tips on how I got over my fear of self-promotion.

And I'm taking it all the way back to seven years ago when I first started my network marketing business and I again had no shame in my game you guys.

And I went out, I was at the gym and I saw this girl that was overweight and my kid had just bitten her kid in the daycare at the gym.

Okay? And all I could think about was growing my business and I'm like, yeah, the

kids fine, you know, and I try to sell this mom my products right then and there. I'm like,

how long have you been going to the gym? And she's like, well I just joined. I was like, oh cool, I was like how long have you been going to the gym and she's like well I just joined

I was like oh cool I was like well you know working out doesn't always give you the best
