Our Michigan Wolverines finally get underway in Big Ten tournament action.

There have been, let's do the count.

What is it?

There have been 10 Big Ten tournament games already and Michigan has yet to play.

There will be 11 before Illinois plays, 12 before Nebraska plays.

There will be 13 Big Ten tournament games

before Michigan State plays tonight.

That's crazy.

It's an unwieldy tournament,

yet somehow, with all that craziness in the bracket,

we have 1-8, 27, 3, 6, 4, 5 in a straight quarterfinals,

which is how it should be.

And honestly, we said the same thing on the women's side.

There were a couple of exceptions, but then by the time you get to the semifinals,

you either have one four or one five because the four and five are so similar.

And then you have two, three.

It's going to get that way probably for the men as well.
