sort of two-parter a lot of linebackers left the room a bigger opportunity for you I guess just

your excitement for that and thoughts on the new system how what's the learning process like yeah so um the room is

definitely new but i like all the guys we brought in personality wise and uh playing wise and the new

system with coach hale i like it a lot uh put us in the right position to make plays everybody on the field

that's what i believe and You can see it in our

practices. How would you describe the new system? What was the philosophy? Definitely run and hit

and a lot of physicality. We go on your left, about halfway up the row there, Anthony.

Obviously, you have had a front row seat over the years with what NFL level of coaching is and what

it looks like so what have your impressions been of Alex winning him so far um I like him a lot he's

definitely um you could definitely tell he came from the league and he's teaching that we watch a lot

of uh chiefs tape because that's where he came from. So just looking at guys like Nick Bolton

and Drew Tranquil, been watching a lot of tape on them. So it definitely been teaching us a lot.
