Taking Friday's game 7.3. They get blanked on Saturday 4-0. But they won yesterday 5-4. Yesterday, yesterday's game was thrilling. Down 1-0 early in the game in the third inning.

Kevin McGonagall with a bomb in the fourth inning to tie it up. They were down 3-1 through 6. They were down 4-1 in the middle of the 7th. And then you had Winsel Perez with a triple bringing in McKinthry and Torkelson to make it 4-3. and then in the bottom of the ninth inning,

a Kevin McGonagall single to walk off the win,

bringing in Winston. to make it four, three. And then in the bottom of the ninth inning, a Kevin McGonigal single to walk off the win,

bringing in Winsel Perez and Zach McKinstree.

And it was a five, four, thrilling victory by the Tigers yesterday to get to, what, 27 and 39?

They're still pretty dreadful.

But they had a pretty good outing yesterday overall by the team.

For Jack Flaherty, not his worst outing, not his best.

Last game was his best outing.

He picked up the win.

But here's a no decision for just, I don't know what the sixth time this season.

He's picked up a no decision.

He gave up three runs on six hits with seven strikeouts in five innings. That was a fairly solid outing for him. Summers was two-thirds of an inning, was solid. Kyle Finnegan gave up a run, and that was the final run they gave up. Holton and Anderson pitched an inning in the third combined.

They did give up three runs in that inning in a third,

but they also had two strikeouts.

They gave up no runs.

And the Tigers were able to buckle down late and lock it down with giving up no runs in the final two innings while scoring two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning.

So thrilling victory.

But I would guess to say that most of Tigers' fandom attention was actually not on the game in Detroit yesterday

because Terrick Scoobal made a minor league rehab start yesterday for the White Cats out in the White Caps out in Western Michigan,

out in the GR area. And he Michigan out in the GR area and he pitched
