Welcome back inside the Inarbor studios of the Big 1050WTCA online at the Big 1050.com. So the Lions wrapped up their second of three OTA sessions. They're in the midst of their offseason program. So OTAs are organized team activities. Three days last week, three days this week, three days next week. And then the following week, they have a two-day mandatory mini camp. That's coming up, what's at the 16th and the 17th. And then they have about a month off. Maybe it's even five weeks off. And then they will return for training camp and then lead into the preseason games in August. And, of course, the regular season that opens up in September. So during OTAs, we've had a chance to hear from some,

over the last couple of weeks, we've had a chance to hear from some players and coaches.

Yesterday, we heard from head coach Dan Campbell. We'll get to that in a little bit.

We also heard from new offensive coordinator, Drew Penzing. So here is Drew Pensing from yesterday,

good obviously had a chance to talk to a couple here over the last couple months but nice to

be finally on the field and talking about some football so let's let a rip speaking to that last time

we talked to you I think was combine you were talking about the weapons you're inheriting but from

watching them on a video on video standpoint now that you've got them on the field I know there's no pads and a few guys still need to get on the field but just your impressions of the weapons that you're inheriting and how much fun you might be able to have with some of these pieces it's been great I mean it's been fun out there now even in pajamas you know I think guys are working hard, trying to come together as a unit, trying to improve as individuals. There's a lot of talent out there. A lot of guys are playing at a really high level, so it's been a lot of fun.

What is your number one, like, focus in the soft season?

What's the progression of what you're trying to?

I think the goal is always going to be get better at everything we do.

That's me as a coach.

That's individuals as players.

That's us as units.

I think that's got to be the focus.
