All right, welcome back to The Michigan Insider here on the Big 1050 WTKA online at the big 1050.com. Some cool news yesterday from the world of college basketball,

impact specifically about Michigan is that Michigan and Duke made an announcement yesterday.

They're going to play again in non-conference action. So if you, obviously, we all recall earlier this year in February, the three of the Michigan and Duke played in a non-conference game down in Washington, D.C.

It was a 68, 63 Duke victory.

We can talk about, funny to relive that one, but it did, I feel, kind of help give that last little bit of a, you know, where the next, there were three kick in the butts, if you will,

little kicks to the butt to kind of re-center, refocus the Michigan men's basketball team.

All three losses were able to do that.

The Wisconsin loss here at Chrysler Center, the Duke loss down to D.C., and then, of course, the Purdue loss,

which was a few weeks later after the Duke loss,

the Purdue loss in the Big Ten tournament.

All three of those seem to kind of reset Michigan and put them on their path to where they need to be

to go along the way to eventually, of course, win the national championship.

So Michigan and Duke going to do it again.

They're going to play another non-conference game. This time it's going to be in December on December 21st at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Duke actually signed a three-game deal. This is pretty smart. I don't know how they're getting away with it. I'd love to see the language on this, although not all of this language is going to be visible publicly because Duke's private school.

But Duke has signed a multi-year partnership with Amazon that includes broadcasting three Marquis college basketball games this coming season.

Duke is going to play Yukon in Las Vegas on November 25th.

Amazon is going to carry that game.
