We had spring break getting away. I was out of town. So I appreciate you coming back this week to join us. And man, it's a great time to be talking Michigan men's lacrosse. How are you? I'm doing pretty well, can't complain.

The last couple times, since the last time we talked, you've played two games.

I'm not going to go through both of those games as much as more a bigger picture conversation

about those two games that we moved towards your last one.

So a couple of weeks ago, you win at home, a home game against number 13 Rutgers, and

you win that game 1310. And then last Saturday, you go on go on the road to state college Pennsylvania and beat number eight Penn State. We spent a lot of time in this segment on this show talking about when everything starts to really come together that the youth is going through all these growing pains and these learning lessons. What does it feel like starting with the home game against Rutgers, the last home game of the season, what does it feel like when it comes together in front of your home fans

and you pick up a big win like that? It feels pretty great. I'll be honest, it was, it was senior day.

You know, Mason Whitney was back on campus, giving our guys a big list. You know, we had, you know,

as great as the youth movement has been, you still need your seniors to be the driving force behind a team.

And they showed up against Rutgers and against Penn State.

And we were able to put a really, really strong performance on. And I'm proud of our guys.

Yeah, so the 1310 win was a couple of weeks ago. Now, I really want to talk more about the game at Penn State because you go on the road.

We know it's always tough to win on the road in the Big Ten. I don't care what sport. It's always tough to win on the road. I don't care the competition. It's always tough to win on the road. And in this case, you're on the road against a top 10 ranked opponent in Penn State. and it's obviously a really close game,

but in particular in this game,

I remember going back and checking in on this game,

and it was the middle part of the

game. I know you got up to a good start, but it seemed like it was that second, and then you were

able to hold and withstand in that third period, and then hold on in the fourth, but it seems like
