And we will be talking Michigan football this morning.

Yesterday we had a chance to check in with some Michigan football players.

It is an improvement week, a buy week for the Michigan football team.

And then, of course, next Saturday, they're going to be in Chicago to face Northwestern at Wrigley Field. We're going to be in Chicago with them for the Chaponside Fuel and Counten that a kickoff. Excited about that. Also excited for a relaxing no Michigan football weekend so we can kind of sit back, watch other games, relax, get some other stuff done,

recharge the battery a little bit, and then get ready for this final push, this final quarter of the Michigan football season.

But yesterday we heard from on the offensive side of the ball, Andrew Sprague on the defensive side of the ball,

Jaden Mangum and special teams ace Joe Taylor.

So we're going to bring those to you guys to you coming up in a little bit here on the Michigan Insider on the big 1050 WTKA online at the big 1050.com so we're going to get to that coming up in a little bit and of course it's a Wednesday which means we will get to the Michigan football offensive breakdown without Borgias in the 8 o'clock hour we're going to go inside the huddle with Michael Spath. For the 9 o'clock hour, the midweek peak with Steve Clark. All that and more to get to here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTCA. So three things that really jump out as the top storylines. Well, I should mention real quickly if you did not make it through last night. It was a very late one last night with the Red Wings out on the West Coast.

And they ended up wrapping up their five-game West Coast trip with a loss to the Golden Knights, won nothing.

I mean, that's the kind of game that it was.

It was a really, it was a tough one.

But the wings ended up going, what was it, two, what, three and two on the road trip.

They had wins over the blues and kings to start off the trip.

Then they had the lost to the ducks, and then they had the win over the sharks before the lost the gold night.

So now they had multiple, a couple of those wins were in a shootout, but it doesn't matter. It got wins. Now they come home and the wings are nine and five as they return home for a four game homestand starting Friday night. Rangers, Blackhawks, Ducks, Sabers, four games at home in a row, Friday, Sunday, and then into next week. But that was late last night.
