And yeah, they gave us a dud.

It was not a very exciting Super Bowl last night.

The Philadelphia Eagles romp the Kansas City Chiefs to win Super Bowl 59.

But they are back as Super Bowl champions, and they are there to remind us that defense still wins championships.

The game was reminiscent.

If you hadn't thought about any games that had been played in recent past, you were just watching the game last night and thinking back to history.

The game, for those of a certain age, the game was very reminiscent of those games in the 80s and 90s,

where every game was won by the NFC and every one of those wins by the NFC was by, like, a lot.

You remember the Bears winning and Washington winning in the 80s and the Niners winning. Like most of those games, every once in a while there was a close game, but almost every game

for a long run in the 80s and 90s was an NFC blowout.

And that's what we had last night.
