Plus we're going going to hear from Lyons offensive coordinator John Morton, who met with the media yesterday as the team inches closer to the start of their preseason schedule. Their first game is the NFL's first exhibition game. It's coming up on Thursday night. 8 o'clock is the kick time. 7 o'clock is the coverage time right here on the Big 1050 WTCA. He came to Michigan out of Detroit, South Eastern High School when he arrived on campus in 1928,

was a varsity Wolverine mainly in end, about 5-11, about 175 pounds, between 1929 and 1931.

He actually, between 29 and 1932, he earned nine letters at Michigan, three in football, three in basketball, and three in baseball.

He was all big 10 and all American in basketball in 1930, 31, and again in 1931.
